Job Description: Futura Kitchen Sinks India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries
- Handle inbound calls and provide product information
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Generate and close sales leads over the phone
- Maintain accurate customer and call records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order processing
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to negotiate and close sales
- Comfortable working with targets
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel preferred)
- Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome
