Job Description – Shift In-Charge (PVC Injection Moulding)

Position: Shift In-Charge

Department: Moulding

Reporting To: Production Manager

Industry: PVC Injection Moulding

Address - Sectore 2 Pitampur Indore.

Role Purpose

Lead shift operations and achieve production, quality, safety, and manpower targets.

Ensure smooth and effective moulding operations during the shift.

Key Responsibilities

Production planning to achieve daily production targets.

Manage and motivate the team for optimum performance.

Ensure product quality as per company standards.

Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Plan and execute mould change activities efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain 5S practices.





Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments for smooth operations.

Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.

Prepare shift reports and update the Production Manager on daily activities.

PGD-PPT

CIPET

B.E. / B.Tech. – Relevant Engineering

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience

Experience in PVC Injection Moulding required.

Salary

Up to Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 per month
