Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Promote jewellery collections,offers, and festive campaigns.

Follow up on customer leads,appointments, and pending inquiries.

Schedule showroom visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed

Experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or premium customer service.

Knowledge of jewellery products, diamonds, gemstones, and gold ornaments is an added advantage.
