- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, selection)
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Support payroll processing and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline
- Coordinate training and employee development activities
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Manage HR administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers can apply for junior roles)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
