Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold or warm calls using structured scripts
- Answer inbound customer queries and explain product features
- Qualify leads and pass high-interest prospects to sales closers
- Meet daily and weekly call or lead generation targets
- Log customer feedback and update records in the CRM database
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear and polite verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Proficiency in local languages and English
- Positive attitude when handling rejection
- The required languages (e.g., English+any south languages)
