Job Summary

Who you are: University degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, health, safety, and security legislation and best practices. Experience in implementing risk and compliance frameworks, policies, and governance processes. Good understanding of business operations, risk assessment, and compliance management. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and leadership levels. Experience in conducting investigations, analysing business risks, and implementing preventive actions. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with integrity and professionalism. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Passion for creating a secure, compliant, and healthy working environment while promoting IKEA values and culture. Knowledge of risk compliance, health safety,



and security laws and regulations. Leadership experience is preferred. Experience in business risk, compliance, health safety, security, or a related function is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Risk Compliance agenda within the unit by promoting a proactive risk-aware culture.
- Ensure compliance with Ingka policies, internal rules, and local legal requirements related to health, safety, security, and risk management.
- Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Conduct internal investigations and compliance reviews while recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver risk, compliance, health, safety, and security training for co-workers and external partners.
