Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify punch programs as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
- Work on ThreadyMax software for programming and job preparation.
- Read and understand 2D engineering drawings and convert drawing requirements into machine programs.
- Handle machine programming, setup and parameter selection.
- Select appropriate punching tools and maintain proper punching sequence.
- Check program accuracy before machine operation.
- Coordinate with the production team for smooth and timely production.
- Troubleshoot programming and punching-related issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished components.
- Optimize programs to reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain proper records of programs and production jobs.
- Follow safety and quality procedures during machine operation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Track/Turret Punch programming.




- Hands-on experience with ThreadyMax software is preferred.
- Experience in CNC/NC Punching or similar sheet-metal machinery.
- Good knowledge of technical/engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of tool selection, machine setup and punching sequence.
- Ability to identify and resolve programming and machine-related issues.
- Good understanding of sheet-metal manufacturing processes.
- Candidates with experience on Amada, Trumpf, Finn-Power or similar punching machines will be preferred.

Education

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / related technical field preferred.

Candidate Profile

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and technical skills.
