About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their Company Secretary qualification or are semi-qualified and looking to build their career with a well-established mid-sized Practising Company Secretary (PCS) firm.The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance,



secretarial practices, regulatory filings, and advisory work across diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in company incorporation, ROC filings, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
- Draft board resolutions, meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Support due diligence, secretarial audits, and corporate restructuring assignments.
- Track compliance calendars and ensure timely statutory filings.
- Assist senior professionals in advisory and compliance-related assignments.
