We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and self-driven Business Development Executives to expand our Air Ambulance business. This is a field sales (hunter) role focused on identifying recent business opportunities, building referral networks, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and acquire recent referral partners through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, emergency departments, corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, and healthcare partners.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and educate stakeholders about Red.Health's Air Ambulance services.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Meet monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.
- Develop a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.

Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to encourage repeat referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Represent Red.Health at healthcare events and networking forums.

Reporting
- Share daily activity reports and weekly sales updates with the reporting manager.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Healthcare Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
