QivoFit is India's first skin-first activewear brand. We build performance activewear for Indian women in QURVE™, our polyester-free, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, dermatologist reviewed fabric. We are early, we are growing rapid, and we are looking for someone who wants to build the content engine of a brand from close to the ground floor.

The role

You will own how QivoFit shows up on the internet. This is an organic-first, hands-on role. You will ideate it, shoot it, edit-brief it, plan it, and post it. You are as comfortable holding a phone in front of your own face as you are directing a model on set. If the idea of running a brand's Instagram end to end excites you more than sitting in strategy decks, keep reading.

What you will own

Social content and strategy (80%)
- Own the content calendar and creative direction across Instagram (primary), YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and platforms we test as we grow.
- Ideate content that leads with our actual product and problems, not lifestyle fluff. Reels, carousels, UGC-style videos, longer form.
- Plan and run shoots.



Both model shoots and self shoots. You will be on camera regularly, so being natural and confident in front of a lens is non-negotiable.
- Write scripts and hooks that sound like a real person talking, not brand copy.
- Track what works. Reach, engagement, saves, and use the numbers to decide what to make next.

Customer experience (10%)
- Be the voice on the other side of our helpline number, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs and comments.
- Reach out to abandoned carts and first-time form fillers and turn interest into orders.
- Handle it all warmly and in sentence case, the way a friend would, not a call centre.

Whatever the month needs (10%)
- This is a growth-stage startup. Some weeks the priority shifts. You are the kind of person who leans in rather than saying "that's not my job."
