Job Summary:

Playaza Entertainments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff at our entertainment facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store or facility management and be capable of leading a team in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.

Role & responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the entertainment floor.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and safety.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the facility.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in budgeting and cost control.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in store/facility management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
- Male candidates preferred.
