Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Develop current business opportunities by identifying potential customers and pitching term loans, cash credits, and other financing options.
- Analyze client financials to determine creditworthiness and structure loan packages accordingly.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Strong understanding of working capital management principles and practices.
- Proven track record in originating term loans, cash credits, or similar products.
