About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven
Performance Marketing Manager / Lead
who has strong experience in managing
D2C brands, handling large advertising budgets, and multiple client accounts simultaneously
.

This is a senior role for someone who understands performance marketing beyond simply running ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of
brand growth, customer acquisition, profitability, scaling, creative strategy, and overall business performance
. You will be responsible for managing multiple D2C accounts, leading performance marketing strategies, handling large monthly ad spends, and working closely with the internal team to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and scale performance marketing strategies across
Meta Ads and Google Ads
.
- Manage and optimize campaigns based on
ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR,



CVR, AOV, LTV, contribution margin, and overall profitability
.
- Build full-funnel strategies covering awareness, consideration, acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular account audits and identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
Monitor and improve key metrics:
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate.

Must-Have Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing
5–6 clients simultaneously
while maintaining quality and performance across all accounts.
- Strong hands-on expertise in
Meta Ads and Google Ads
.
- Extensive experience working with
D2C brands is mandatory
.
- Experience with service-based businesses is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Must have experience working
