Role Description
The Team Leader role at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Team Leader will oversee a team of sales or customer success professionals, set clear performance goals, and monitor daily activities to ensure targets and service standards are met. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members,



conducting regular reviews, and providing constructive feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client interactions, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads generated through the IndiaMART platform. The Team Leader will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare performance reports, and contribute to process improvements that support business growth.
