Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying SAP CO (Controlling) solutions on SAP HANA platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical specifications for project implementation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in SAP CO module.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in SAP CO (Controlling) module with expertise in MTO (Materialized Views), PS (Product Structure), CS (Cost Center Structure).
- Mandatory Skills are MTO, MTS, ETO, PS, CS
- Proven track record of leading a team of developers or consultants working on large-scale SAP implementations.
- Robust understanding of SAP HANA technology stack including database schema design, data migration strategies, and performance tuning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders at various levels.
