Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the sales and business development of our Hardware & Veneers brand across the Chandigarh Tricity region.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the architect, interior designer, contractor, builder, dealer, and project sales ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building architect and designer relationships, generating project leads, promoting product specifications, managing follow-ups, and converting projects into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets across Chandigarh Tricity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers,



and project consultants.
- Regularly visit architectural and interior-design firms to introduce and promote the company's Hardware & Veneers products.
- Generate new leads and identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and other interior projects.
- Develop relationships at the architect and designer level and ensure company products are considered and specified in relevant projects.
- Track projects from initial enquiry and product specification through sampling, quotation, negotiation, order, and execution.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, applications, advantages, and specifications to architects and designers.
- Manage regular follow-ups with architects, clients, contractors, dealers, and project teams.
- Convert leads and project opportunities into confirmed orders and revenue.
