Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales with 4-6 years of experience in Modular Support Systems, Strut Channels, Pipe Supports, Seismic Bracing Systems, Cable Trays, Electrical Support Systems, or related construction/MEPF products. The role is open across two regions - Hyderabad (Telangana) and Gujarat - and the incumbent will drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and promote modular support solutions while positioning the company as a preferred brand for MEPF support solutions. The role requires regular engagement with MEPF consultants & contractors, architects, EPC contractors, PMC firms, industrial customers and end clients to secure product approvals, specifications, and business across data center, industrial buildings, pharmaceutical plants, commercial & residential buildings, infrastructure projects, healthcare and solar cell manufacturing projects.





Key Responsibilities Business Development

● Identify and develop recent business opportunities for modular support systems, strut channels, pipe supports, seismic bracing, cable management systems, and related products.

● Generate enquiries, secure specifications, and convert opportunities into sales orders. ● Build strong relationships with consultants, PMC firms, architects, EPC companies, MEP/MEPF contractors, electrical contractors, and project owners.

● Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities within the respective region. Sales & Account Management

● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned for the region.

● Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships; support collection and receivables activities.

● Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure and payment collect
