About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help us grow our IT product business in the domestic market.

This role is ideal for a fresher who has strong communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career in IT product sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client challenges and communicate suitable product solutions.
- Handle client queries and objections with patience and professionalism.




- Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM and sales tools.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal product and technical teams to address client requirements.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated about our products, market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Continuously improve sales, communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
