To drive DSAND's national business growth through acquisition and management of Modern Trade accounts, Government/GeM business and National Key Accounts.
The candidate will be responsible for new account acquisition, product listings, commercial negotiations, tenders, institutional sales, relationship management, revenue generation, collections and account profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. MODERN TRADE
- Acquire National & Regional Up-to-date Trade accounts.
- Develop relationships with Purchase Heads, Category Managers and Buyers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, listing fees, margins and trading terms.
- Drive new SKU/product listings and category expansion.
- Prepare and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP).
- Plan promotions, visibility and in-store activation.
- Monitor sales, stock, secondary movement and inventory.
- Identify opportunities for new stores/channels/categories.
- Ensure timely payment and control outstanding receivables.
B. GOVERNMENT / GeM SALES
- Develop DSAND's Government institutional business.
- Identify relevant Government departments,
PSUs and institutions.
- Monitor GeM opportunities and relevant tenders.
- Identify suitable tenders and evaluate commercial feasibility.
- Coordinate tender documentation, quotations and bid submission.
- Ensure complete tender compliance and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for samples, technical documents, certifications and commercial proposals.
- Develop relationships with Government purchase/procurement stakeholders.
- Track tender status, orders, supplies and payments.
- Build a sustainable Government/GeM sales pipeline.
