Business Development Associate
who is confident, energetic, and passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.
The Role
As a
Business Development Associate
, you will play a key role in growing SpotLet by connecting with property owners, understanding their requirements, introducing them to the platform, and helping them onboard their properties.
This is a
people-facing business development role
that involves regular communication with property owners and businesses across different categories.
What You Will Do
- Identify and connect with potential property owners and businesses through calls,
WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Speak with property owners and understand their property, business needs, and requirements.
- Introduce and professionally present
SpotLet
and explain how the platform can help them generate visibility and enquiries.
- Encourage property owners to list their properties on SpotLet.
- Assist owners through the
property onboarding and listing process
.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active listings.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM/system.
- Work towards daily and monthly business development and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful property onboarding.
- Continuously learn about the SpotLet platform, its features, and the different property categories we serve.
