Position Summary

Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services to partner with US-based peers to develop a shared strategy and lead a team of engineers in India responsible for delivering and operating secure, scalable infrastructure and cloud platforms supporting Milliman’s global practices. This role will be a local peer to the existing Manager, IT Operations & M365 in India.



The two roles will work closely to ensure end-to-end operational excellence across 24x7 global services.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive cloud adoption, modernize infrastructure, enable data platforms, improve processes, foster inclusive collaboration, and communicate clear business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role focuses on infrastructure platform engineering, cloud services, DevOps enablement, and supporting the data platform and AI-enabling capabilities.

This role reports to the GCS IT Director of Infrastructure, Operations and Cloud Services (IOC).
