Position: Accounts & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.
- Oversee timely billing, collections, receivables, cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Tally entries, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking activities.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA filings, minimum wages, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Oversee monthly payroll and wage-sheet processes.
- Manage banking relationships and documentation related to overdraft, fleet finance,



and other banking facilities.
- Monitor company-wise and consolidated profitability, financial performance, budgets, and key financial indicators.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, controls, policies, and processes to support business objectives and minimize financial risks.
- Coordinate with auditors, lenders, regulators, and other external stakeholders and ensure timely closure of audit and compliance matters.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and internal control measures.
- Lead and mentor the team, ensuring accountability, accuracy, timely reporting, and continuous process improvement.

- B.Com (Regular) / M.Com.
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial/leadership role.
