Role - Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Pithampur | Experience: 7+ Years | Industry: Metal Manufacturing

About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the overall Accounts & Finance function of a reputed metal manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounts finalisation, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
· Handle the overall Accounts & Finance function independently.
· Manage monthly, quarterly and annual books finalisation.
· Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
· Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
· Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports.
· Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors.
· Manage accounting controls, reconciliations and financial reporting.
· Prepare and review MIS reports and financial analysis.
· Monitor receivables, payables and working capital.
· Support budgeting, forecasting and cost-control initiatives.




· Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and Companies Act requirements.
· Lead, guide and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
· Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors and other external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate:
· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
· Strong experience in Accounts Finalisation & Taxation.
· Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
· Hands-on experience in statutory audit and compliance.
· Experience managing an Accounts/Finance team.
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
· Good command of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting Software.
· Robust analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
· Candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete Accounts & Finance function.
