Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer releases, onboarding, and recruitment MIS.
- Meet hiring targets within timelines.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Bulk hiring experience is mandatory.
- Positive communication and MS Office skills.
