We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth by handling new infrastructure projects across Government, Private, and Institutional segments. The role requires strong experience in B2B Core Sales, OEM Sales, and Project Sales within the infrastructure or construction-related industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating with government authorities, architects, consultants, and institutional buyers.

Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales for new infrastructure and construction projects.
- Generate current business opportunities.
- Handle OEM sales of construction equipment and infrastructure-related machinery.
- Liaise with Government departments, PSU bodies, and regulatory authorities for approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
- Develop and manage regional channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Track project pipeline, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Travel for customer meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in B2B Core Sales.
- Experience in infrastructure projects across Government, Private, or Institutional segments.
- Experience handling sales teams.
- Background in selling MEP products is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Graduate in any discipline.
