Must Have
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Basic configuration and implementation knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce REST APIs and external integrations.
- Strong programming knowledge of: Apex; SOQL; SOSL; Lightning Web Components (LWC); Visualforce.
- Experience working with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled Apex).
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Exposure to deployment activities across Salesforce environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
