Reporting to : Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Purpose of the Position :
- Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.
- This role will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
- Based on the business need & situation, Liasoning with external recruitment agencies for closing positions on time.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and forward the best fit candidates for further shortlisting's.
- coordinate with hiring managers & other interview panel members to arrange the interviews
- Prepare interview questions and evaluation criteria.
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide candidates with information about the company, role, and culture.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.
- Partner with Business to track hiring needs and ensure alignment with the business goals.
Offer Management:
- Prepare offer proposals & letters for the selected candidate
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment, as necessary.
Hiring Tools :
- Ensure effective & optimal utilization of recruitment systems and tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn & Naukri.com).
