Sri Krishna Jewellers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to take complete responsibility for the sales, operations, customer experience, and team performance of our jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets.
- Lead, motivate, monitor, and develop the showroom sales team.
- Conduct daily meetings, assign targets, and review staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Drive customer follow-ups, repeat purchases, and enrolment in gold saving schemes.
- Monitor showroom operations, stock, billing, cash handling, security, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Coordinate with Head Office, HR, Accounts, Marketing, and Purchase teams.
- Monitor branch KPIs including footfall, conversion, average bill value, sales and customer follow-ups.
- Submit regular performance reports to management.





Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Branch Manager / Showroom Manager / Store Manager / Assistant Branch Manager preferred.
- Jewellery retail experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates from textiles or Jewellery Retail / B2C Retail Experience Preferred may also apply.
