1. System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, Rocky Linux, and Ubuntu).
- Manage user accounts, access controls, permissions, file systems, and storage.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Perform server hardening and implement security configurations.
- Manage patching, updates, and system backups.
- Ensure high availability and reliability for production systems.

2. Networking
- Configure and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues (DNS, DHCP, Firewall, VLAN, and TCP/IP).
- Manage switches, routers, and firewall devices.
- Monitor bandwidth utilization and network performance.
- Ensure network security and compliance with organizational standards.

3. ISO Audit & Documentation
- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation in compliance with ISO 27k, PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Support ISO 27001 ISMS audit activities (internal and external audits).
- Maintain asset inventory, access control records, and incident logs.




- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Assist in risk assessments and compliance reporting.

4. Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
- Ensure minimal downtime and quick issue resolution in production environments.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu).
- Experience in system patch management and regular security updates.
- Experience managing and configuring firewall devices and firewall rules.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Firewall).
- Experience with Samba, NFS, DNS, and SSH.
- Knowledge of ISO audit documentation and IT compliance processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
