MAIN PROCESSES (or part of process) AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Material Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate creation of GRNs,
invoices (export and domestic), ARE, and GSP documentation in line with
statutory and organizational requirements. Scope includes maintaining error-free
records to support smooth audits and compliance.
Material Issuance and Reconciliation: Manage issuance of materials to
subcontractors and ensure timely reconciliation. Scope extends to preparing
challans, verifying stock movements, and maintaining transparency in
transactions.
Inventory and Store Management: Oversee receipt, storage, and issue of
materials through SAP, including raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Scope includes monitoring stock accuracy, conducting periodic reconciliations,
and coordinating scrap disposal, supplier returns, and customer returns.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Production,



PPC, Engineering,
Purchase, and Marketing to align material availability with operational needs.
Scope includes facilitating smooth flow of materials to avoid production
disruptions.
Material and Dispatch Planning: Prepare and execute daily material planning to
meet production and dispatch requirements. Scope extends to ensuring finished
goods are packed, dispatched on time, and aligned with customer expectations.
MIS and Reporting: Maintain accurate weekly and monthly MIS reports covering
stock, sales, packing, and spares. Scope includes providing management with
actionable insights to support operational decisions.
Stock Analysis: Periodically review non-moving and slow-moving items. Scope
includes identifying areas for liquidation, optimization, and cost reduction.
Logistics and Transport Management: Arrange transport as per incoterms for both
export and domestic shipments. Scope includes negotiat
