US or UK insurance market

We are looking for a senior leader to shape, implement, and oversee the organization’s
enterprise risk management, compliance, governance, and internal-control framework
. This is an opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, strengthen risk culture, and drive meaningful change across the business.

What You’ll Lead
- Development and enhancement of the
Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of operational, financial, regulatory, conduct, and reputational risks
- Risk assessments, scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk-event reporting
- Risk registers, mitigation plans, control frameworks, and
Key Risk Indicators
- Compliance with applicable
US or UK insurance regulations
- Compliance monitoring, internal audits, regulatory-change management, and control implementation




- Development of risk, compliance, governance, and internal-control policies
- Reporting to senior management, risk committees, audit committees, and the Board
- Risk-based advice, constructive challenge, and guidance to senior stakeholders
- Leadership, mentoring, and development of risk and compliance professionals
- Ongoing evolution of the organization’s
risk appetite and governance frameworks

What We’re Looking For

✅ 12–16+ years of experience in
Insurance Risk, Compliance, or Audit

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in insurance risk and regulatory compliance

✅ Mandatory experience within the
US or UK insurance market

✅ Strong understanding of
Enterprise Risk Management

✅ Knowledge of
ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and/or IRM Risk Management Standards

✅ Positive understanding of
Conduct Risk
obligations

✅ Experience delivering risk-management transformation or change programs

✅ Excellent stakeholder management,
