We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Specialist to generate leads, communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, messages, email, and other channels.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their needs.
- Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and work independently.
