Key responsibilities:-
- Responsible for installation, commissioning and repairs and maintenance of EPBAX, CCTV, Access Control, Bio-Matrix, etc.
- Site Survey
- Client Interaction On requirement of client
- Material / equipment’s required
- Coordination with internal teams regarding material / supply / installation
- Attending AMC calls, allotted by Service Department
- Handling Service Team
- Co-ordination with Technical Team & IT Team
- Handling the queries of clients and solve their queries within TAT with help of other teams.
- Client retention.
- Any other activity assigned by the Management.
- Positive communication skill
