We are seeking an Automation Engineer who is passionate about replacing manual workflows with scalable, fault-tolerant automation. This role focuses on building resilient systems that can handle failure gracefully, recover automatically, and operate reliably across complex environments. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation systems with strong fault detection and recovery mechanisms.
- Create and monitor reliable automation pipelines with multiple safeguards against failure points.s
- Develop Selenium-based automation for complex and dynamic applications, including robust download and upload workflows, to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation.
- Continuously identify manual processes and convert them into automated, repeatable solutions.
- Automate data ingestion and transfer from APIs, FTP endpoints, and other external sources
- Build and maintain large-scale scripting and automation environments
- Monitor automation health and proactively address reliability and performance issues
- Contribute throughout the full development lifecycle as a core technical resource
- Support and improve existing automation and production systems as needed
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Strong Python programming skills with at least two years of hands-on experience
- Experience with Selenium or other DOM automation tools
- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux fundamentals
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
- Automation-first mindset with a focus on scalability and long-term maintainability
