We are looking for supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement, storage, dispatch, and delivery of FMCG. The role ensures timely deliveries, effective warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, warehouse, vendors, transporters, and installation teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilty
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including dispatching, tracking, and shipment documentation.
- Monitor daily shipment schedules, update tracking systems
- Maintain accurate records of transportation costs, delays, and issues.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, KPIs and performance analysis.
- Resolve any operational challenges or escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee and coordinate all import/export transactions, ensuring compliance with national trade and customs regulations
- Prepare, review, and file import/export documentation including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and insurance policies.




- Maintain up-to-date records of shipments and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in import/export operations, customs compliance and national trade.
- Strong working knowledge of customs rules.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with customs officials, insurance companies, vendors, and internal teams.
