Webindia Master is looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive/Manager to manage paid advertising campaigns for our clients.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Telegram. We are looking for someone who understands that successful performance marketing is not only about running advertisements it is about understanding the client s business, reaching the right audience, analysing data, and continuously improving results.

You will work closely with our content, design, development, and client-servicing teams to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and achieve the best possible return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Telegram.
- Understand each clients business, target audience,



campaign objectives, and expected results.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness, app promotion, and online sales.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis before launching campaigns.
- Set up campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, ad placements, and conversion goals.
- Monitor campaigns regularly and optimize them to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall ROI.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns for lead generation, traffic, engagement, conversions, and remarketing.
- Plan and manage campaigns on LinkedIn, X, and Telegram based on client requirements.
