Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer
to design, configure, and implement customer journey solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrating applications across enterprise ecosystems, and troubleshooting complex application issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Develop and manage customer journeys, campaigns, and personalized experiences.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Configure applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
- Support application integration within broader enterprise ecosystems.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Follow application design principles, development standards, and best practices.
- Support testing, deployment, and production implementation activities.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Good understanding of application design and configuration.
- Experience in requirements analysis and technical solution design.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise application integrations.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Experience with customer journey orchestration and personalization.
