Role

Nisarg is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking CSR Manager with a strong background in education and a deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies in learning. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in EdTech integration with a track record of building high-value relationships with executive stakeholders, corporate CSR leaders, and foundations, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Engage, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships with C-suite executives,



Corporate CSR Directors, HNIs, and foundation leaders to secure long-term funding
- Position Nisarg's tech-driven educational initiatives as high-impact solutions aligned with corporate CSR priorities and ESG goals
- Design, draft, and present high-impact proposals, grant applications, and pitch decks highlighting AI and digital tools in education
- Partner with internal teams to design scalable, technology-enhanced education initiatives for underserved communities
- Lead and execute targeted fundraising strategies to generate resources for flagship education programmes
- Ensure world-class donor reporting, impact measurement, and ongoing engagement to retain partners
- Lead, mentor, and build capacity of the team, establishing clear KPIs and driving collaborative performance
- Travel extensively to engage with high-value corporate partners, PSUs, and field implementation sites
