About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to support real estate accounting and lease accounting operations in compliance with IFRS 16 requirements. Based in Pune, this hybrid role is responsible for end-to-end lease contract management, contract creation and modifications, financial reporting, month-end accounting activities, balance sheet reconciliations and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with international stakeholders and must possess robust German and English language skills to support business requirements in a global workplace.

- Manage real estate accounting activities in compliance with IFRS 16 principles and internal policies.
- Ensure all operational and administrative processes are followed accurately and consistently.
