Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings,



candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Support the development and maintenance of job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
