We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Real estate /Tele calling / Telesales. The desired candidate preferably should have good communication skills and should be confident. Early joiners preferred.

Job Description

1. Regular Follow up to generated leads
2. Achieving site visits target as assigned
3. Creating Brand awareness in Market
4. Maintaining accurate records
5. Make outbound calls to existing customers as needed
6. Handle inbound calls to resolve queries, provide information, and address concerns
7. Regular follow-up to customers for collections follow ups
8. Maintaining accurate records
9. Execute work as assigned by the reporting manager

Key-skills needed

1. Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service. Early joiners preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and listening skills; ability to adapt communication style as needed
3. Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and data entry

CTC

1. Up to Rs. 3 - 5 lacs per year + incentive (based on the calibre of the candidate).
