Position: Production Executive

Location – Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Compensation - 20k -35k

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented
Production Executive
to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure that production targets are achieved on time while maintaining quality, productivity, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure

- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
- Allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements and workload.
- Supervise and manage production workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, work discipline, and performance of production staff.
- Ensure availability of
raw materials, components, packaging materials, and other required stock
for production.
- Coordinate with the stores/purchase team for timely availability of materials.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock levels and minimize material wastage.
- Monitor production progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, or operational issues.
- Take corrective action to avoid production delays and achieve daily/monthly targets.
