Role Description
The Senior Bidding Manager (Contract, Remote) will lead the end-to-end bid and proposal process for complex IT projects and services. This role includes identifying relevant tenders and RFPs, analyzing requirements, and coordinating inputs from sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to develop compelling, compliant bids.



The Senior Bidding Manager will structure proposal content, create pricing models in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and ensure submissions are delivered on time and aligned with company strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing bid timelines, maintaining a bid pipeline, overseeing documentation standards, and driving continuous improvement in bid quality and win rates. The role also includes building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, tracking market opportunities, and providing regular reporting on bidding performance and insights.

Qualifications
- Strong bid and proposal management skills, including RFP/RFI analysis, bid planning, and end-to-end bid lifecycle ownership.
