Role & responsibilities

Driving and managing loan solutions within the builder segment

Managing the customer leads that come on the Company"s application and converting for Home Loans

Maintain a solid coordination with the sales team to maximize the customer conversion for Loans

Manage and supervise the entire login to disbursement process of Home loan files and ensure minimum TAT and maximum customer conversion

Display high customer centricity and be prompt in resolving issues highlighted by both external and internal stakeholders
