Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Monitor company accounts, financial performance, and profitability.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
- Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and control costs.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilization.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Establish strong internal financial controls and risk management systems.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Oversee accounting and finance teams and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage banking relationships, loans, investments, and other financial matters.




- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate corrective measures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Solid analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
