We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mid level IT Recruiter who can manage both technical and non-technical hiring and actively leverage social media platforms for talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have decent communication skill, strong negotiation skills, excellent sourcing capabilities, and a creative mind-set.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment
- Help hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team expectations.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for roles such as AI Developers, AI Architect Software Developers(Python, PHP Full stack developer, .Net, MERN, MEAN,JAVA) QA Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps/Cloud Engineers, IT Support, Web/UI designers, etc.
- Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including scheduling, salary negotiation, feedback coordination, offer creation and on-boarding support.

Non-Technical Recruitment
- Hiring for Accounts and Finance, Customer Services, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal/Paralegal,



Engineering, Accounts, C-Level Positions and other non IT emerging positions.
- Perform competency-based interviews and ensure a strong cultural fit throughout selection.
- Maintain strong relationships;

Social Media Recruitment
- Actively use platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and job boards to attract top talent.
- Build and engage talent communities through regular posts, job updates, and employer branding content.
- Explore current sourcing channels and trends to improve outreach and diversity in hiring.

Recruitment Operations Reporting
- Maintain accurate data in Companys HRMS systems.
- Track, analyse, and report hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and company policies.
