Career Advisor / Sales Executive USA Client

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Career Advisor / Sales Executive to work with US clients and candidates. The role involves communicating with clients/candidates, understanding their career requirements, explaining suitable career and placement opportunities, and converting leads into successful business.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with US clients and candidates through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Understand client and candidate requirements and provide appropriate career/placement solutions.
- Conduct sales consultations and explain services, opportunities, and processes clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client/candidate relationships.
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with recruitment and placement teams.




- Build long-term relationships with US clients and candidates.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels.

Required Skills
- High-level English fluency is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong US-client communication and telephone etiquette.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Confident in handling US-based clients and candidates.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic.
- Good knowledge of CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively during US business hours.
