We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Material Planning Engineer/Executive to manage production planning, material planning, inventory control, and coordination across manufacturing, stores, procurement, and supply chain functions. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials, effective production scheduling, inventory optimization, ERP/MRP management, and adherence to quality and ISO standards within a Wind Turbine Generator manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
- Develop production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics teams to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production progress and initiate corrective actions to avoid delays and bottlenecks.
- Analyze production capacity, machine utilization, and resource availability for effective planning.




- Track production KPIs and generate MIS reports for management review.

Material Planning & MRP
- Perform Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on production schedules, BOMs, and inventory levels.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, bought-out components, and consumables.
- Plan replenishment activities to prevent stockouts while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
- Review and update material master data, lead times, and planning parameters in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Stores teams for timely material availability.

Demand Forecasting
- Analyze historical consumption patterns, customer requirements, and production forecasts.
- Develop demand forecasts to support procurement and inventory planning activities.
- Identify risks associated with material shortages and excess inventory.

Inventory & Stores Management
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory contr
