The Role:
You own the NBFC vertical end-to-end: win and structure partner agreements, design the embedded sales operation per partner, hire and manage the front-line teams, own the product mix and quality, and drive the numbers. You work at the intersection of partner BD, people management, product knowledge, and compliance — with direct CEO support and no bureaucracy in the way.

Who You Are:
Required:
- 7–12 years in insurance distribution; at least 3 years in a partner-led model
- Demonstrated track record of winning and running NBFC or fintech insurance partnerships
- Strong product knowledge across General & Life
- Experience managing a telesales operation will be a plus
- Hands-on familiarity with multiple insurer operations
- Commercially sharp: you read a brokerage P&L;, understand premium economics, and can hold partners to SLAs
