- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data pipelines that meet business requirements.
- Develop technical roadmaps for data engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 12-28 years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
- Solid expertise in AWS, Batch Processing, Kafka, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex data engineering projects from concept to delivery.
